This Privacy Policy explains how IGY6, LLC d/b/a The TO Agency ("The TO Agency," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information through our website, thetoagency.co, and through the events and programs we run, including She Made It and Beyond the Gate.

1. Scope

This policy covers information we collect when you visit our website, apply to or register for one of our events, join one of our lists, make a payment, or contact us. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us, which may include:

  • Contact information: your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • Maker and business information, if you apply to She Made It: business name, category, product and booth photos, a description of what you make, social media and website links, and details about your setup, such as power or tent needs.
  • Event information: RSVPs, registrations, and check-in records for events such as Beyond the Gate.
  • Community information: interests and details you choose to share when you join a list or waitlist, such as military affiliation, branch, or installation.
  • Messages and requests you send us.

Information collected automatically: basic usage data through cookies and analytics, described in Section 11.

We do not collect or store payment card details on our website. Payments are handled by Stripe, described in Section 5.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Review applications and run our events, including curation, placement, load-in, and event communications.
  • Process payments and send receipts.
  • Produce printed and online materials for our events, such as market guides, maps, and posts featuring accepted makers.
  • Send updates about our events and programs. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
  • Respond to your messages and requests.
  • Produce aggregate, de-identified reporting on attendance and results.
  • Operate, improve, and protect our website and services, and comply with the law.

4. How we share your information

We share your information only as follows:

  • With service providers who help us run our website, events, and programs, such as payment processing, email delivery, and website hosting, under confidentiality obligations.
  • With event co-hosts and venue partners, only as needed to run an event you applied to or registered for. For She Made It, this includes our co-host, 850 Social Babes.
  • With event sponsors, only if you opt in on an application or registration form.
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of The TO Agency or others.

We never sell your information. Unless you opt in, sponsors receive only aggregate, de-identified data, never names or contact details.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of your payment, the amount, and limited details such as your name, email, and the last four digits of your card. We do not store your full payment card information.

6. Information we publish

If you are accepted as a maker, your business name, description, photos, and social media links may appear in our printed market guide, on our website, and in our social media posts. What you submit on your application is what we publish. Please submit only content you are comfortable sharing publicly.

7. Event photography

Our events are photographed. Photos may include attendees and makers and may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you would prefer not to be featured, tell a member of our team at the event or email us, and we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request.

8. Children's information

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to run our events and programs, keep records of past events, and meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and basic analytics to operate and improve the site. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

12. Your choices and rights

  • You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us. Some records, such as payment and tax records, we must keep by law.
  • You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in the email.
